Abu Hafiz is the founder and director of Eduvirtus LLP, New Delhi, where he is dedicated to advancing quality education in India, with a special focus on foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN).

With over seven years of experience in education, child care, project management, and research, Abu has consistently delivered high-impact initiatives at both grassroots and national levels. He has led the implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission at the national level, overseeing program management and supporting states and union territories to drive progress in foundational learning. His expertise extends to policy analysis, curriculum development, and capacity building, enabling him to design practical guidelines and robust monitoring mechanisms for educational programs.

Abu’s contributions are recognized at national and international forums, including G20 conferences and key education workshops. Beyond education, he has furthered child protection by helping to operationalize the Juvenile Justice Act and Model Rules 2016 on the ground, strengthening child care systems across India.

Known for his leadership, vision, and collaborative spirit, Abu Hafiz continues to champion innovative educational solutions, shaping a brighter, more equitable future for children across the country.

Swati Pandey is an accomplished education and development professional with more than a decade of experience advancing early childhood development, foundational learning, health communication, and gender equity across India. Her career is distinguished by a unique ability to translate policy into effective, locally rooted programs that keep children and communities at the center.

Specializing in curriculum design and instructional material development, Swati has demonstrated leadership in developing and delivering large-scale educational initiatives nationwide. She brings particular expertise in training frontline workers including Anganwadi and ASHA workers, as well as community educators, ensuring teams at the state and district levels are equipped to deliver impactful, culturally relevant educational programs.

Swati is renowned for her holistic, play-based approach to early learning, seamlessly integrating health messaging and system strengthening into her work. By leveraging community insights and fostering strong partnerships, she builds and supports interventions that are inclusive, scalable, and focused on real, measurable outcomes for children and their caregivers.
